Privacy Policy

This privacy policy describes how we process information about you, including personal data and cookies.

1. General information

1. This policy concerns the website available at: multitaskcreations.pl
2. The operator of the site and the controller of personal data is: Kinga Maleszewska, ul. 42 Pułku Piechoty 72A/47, 15-181 Białystok, Poland.

4. The operator is the controller of your personal data with respect to the data you voluntarily provide on the site.
5. The site uses personal data for the following purposes:
   • handling enquiries sent through the form,
   • presenting the offer or information.
6. The site collects information about users and their behaviour in the following ways:
   • through data voluntarily entered in forms, which is then entered into the operator's systems,
   • by saving cookies on end devices.

2. Selected data protection methods used by the operator

1. Login and data-entry pages are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). As a result, personal data and login details entered on the site are encrypted on the user's computer and can only be read on the target server.
2. Personal data stored in the database is encrypted so that only the operator, who holds the key, can read it. This protects the data in case the database is stolen from the server.
3. User passwords are stored in a hashed form. The hashing function is one-way – it cannot be reversed, which is the current standard for storing user passwords.
4. The operator periodically changes their administrative passwords.
5. To protect the data, the operator regularly makes backups.
6. An essential element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the operator to process personal data, which in particular means regular updates of programming components.

3. Hosting

1. The site is hosted (technically maintained) on the servers of: lh.pl
2. To ensure technical reliability, the hosting company keeps logs at the server level. The following may be recorded:
   • resources identified by a URL (addresses of requested resources – pages, files),
   • the time the request arrived,
   • the time the response was sent,
   • the client station name – identified via the HTTP protocol,
   • information about errors that occurred during the HTTP transaction,
   • the URL of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link) – if the visit came through a link,
   • information about the user's browser,
   • information about the IP address,
   • diagnostic information related to self-ordering of services via registrars on the site,
   • information related to email correspondence directed to and sent by the operator.

4. Your rights and additional information on how data is used

1. In some situations the controller has the right to share your personal data with other recipients, if it is necessary to perform a contract concluded with you or to fulfil obligations resting on the controller. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
   • the hosting company (as a processor),
   • authorised staff and collaborators who use the data to run the site.
2. Your personal data is processed by the controller no longer than is necessary to perform the related activities defined by separate regulations (e.g. on accounting). Marketing data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.
3. You have the right to request from the controller:
   • access to your personal data,
   • its rectification,
   • erasure,
   • restriction of processing,
   • and data portability.
4. You have the right to object to the processing referred to in point 4.2, where personal data is processed for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller, including profiling, unless there are important, legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms – in particular the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
5. You have the right to lodge a complaint about the controller's activities with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
6. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to use the site.
7. You may be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, in order to provide services under a concluded contract and for the controller's direct marketing.
8. Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of data protection regulations. This means it is not sent outside the European Union.

5. Information in forms

1. The site collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if provided.
2. The site may record connection parameters (a time stamp, IP address).
3. In some cases the site may store information that links the form data to the email address of the user filling in the form. In such a case the user's email address appears within the URL of the page containing the form.
4. Data provided in a form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the specific form, e.g. to handle a service request or a business enquiry, register services, etc. In each case the context and description of the form clearly informs what it is used for.

6. Administrator logs

1. Information about user behaviour on the site may be logged. This data is used to administer the site.

7. External services

1. The site uses selected external services that may store their own cookies on the user's device:
   • Google Reviews – the review sections display reviews fetched from Google;
   • Google Fonts – the site's fonts are loaded from Google servers;
   • Google reCAPTCHA – protects the contact form from spam.
2. These services are provided by Google Ireland Ltd. Details of how Google processes data are in the Google Privacy Policy. The operator does not pass any additional personal data to these services beyond what is necessary for them to work.
3. The site does not use Google Analytics or social media tracking pixels.

8. Information about cookies

1. The site uses cookies.
2. Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, stored on the user's end device and intended for using the site's pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the end device, and a unique number.
3. The entity placing cookies on the user's end device and accessing them is the site operator.
4. Cookies are used for the following purposes:
   • maintaining the user's session (after logging in), so the user does not have to re-enter their login and password on every subpage;
   • fulfilling the purposes described above in the „External services” section.
5. Two main types of cookies are used within the site: „session” cookies and „persistent” cookies. Session cookies are temporary files stored on the user's end device until logout, leaving the site or closing the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored on the user's end device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until deleted by the user.
6. Web browsing software (a web browser) usually allows cookies to be stored on the user's end device by default. Users can change these settings. A web browser allows cookies to be deleted, and automatic blocking of cookies is also possible. Detailed information is provided in the browser's help or documentation.
7. Restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the features available on the site.
8. Cookies placed on the user's end device may also be used by entities cooperating with the site operator, in particular Google (Google Ireland Ltd.).

1. If a user does not want to receive cookies, they can change their browser settings. Please note that disabling cookies necessary for authentication, security and maintaining user preferences may hinder, and in extreme cases prevent, the use of the site.
